Each year I like to create a new, fairly quick Christmas tree decoration pattern to give friends and family instead of cards. I make several dozen of them. That means they can’t be complicated. This is how I got to create this quick crochet snowflake. Also, check out my 1-round crochet snowflake!
The snowflake looks different according to the yarn you use. The ones at the top of the page are different size but made exactly the same way. One is mercerized crochet thread, the other thin wool. This one is mohair with glitter:
